Return and Exchange Policies

Users who buy products directly from cottagerelief.com may return them to THE COMPANY up to ten (10) days after the date of receipt by the User of such product(s) for an exchange for an identical Product only in the event that such product arrived to the User damaged. Such exchange does not include any shipping and handling charges, which shall be borne solely by the User. No other exchanges or refunds are allowed. All claims for goods arriving to the User as damaged after ten (10) days from the invoice date must be made in writing to THE COMPANY and THE COMPANY, in its sole and absolute discretion, shall either accept or deny such claim, such determinations to be made on a case-by-case basis. Shipping Charges and Taxes
